The software processes documents locally on your machine and routes queries through private cloud infrastructure. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any analysis, extraction, or output generated by the software. The Site, the Prilex desktop application, and all related materials are owned by Prilex and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You retain all rights to the documents you upload to the Prilex desktop application. Your documents are processed locally and we do not access, collect, or store them.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any analysis or output is accurate or complete. You use the service entirely at your own risk.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRILEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 250 if no fees have been paid.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prilex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Anguilla, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Anguilla.
